[General Info]
● I'm a pastry chef by profession, with proper education and Food Safe certification :D
● all food items are produced in a commercial kitchen, in accordance with up-to-date Canadian health regulations
● ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Only real butter is used, no shortening
● cookies will be shipped in a sealed bag with an oxygen absorber pack to keep them fresh
● made to order- they can be kept in bag for 1-2 months, but please finish asap once opened

[Shipping]
● food items will be shipped by Canada Post because of restrictions that other couriers have for international destinations
● Canadian customers: parcels will come with free tracking
● US customers: optional tracking is available in the Add-On section
● international customers: I'm so sorry shipping is expensive.. T-T Also it'd cost an extra $30 to ship tracked so please inquire if necessary
