I reuse packing materials(ex. bubble wrap) that are clean and usable.

I will try to find the best rate for shipping. Sometimes a partial refund is issued if there's an overage.

I'm located in Canada and I provide shipping methods as follows:

〖Canada〗

• Items under 2cm: Canada Post (2-14 days, no tracking)
• Others: ChitChats courier (2-14 days, with tracking)

〖USA〗

• Food items/thin paper goods: Canada Post (5-7 days, no tracking)
• Others: ChitChats courier- partnered with USPS (5-10 days, with tracking)

〖International〗

• Food items/thin paper goods: Canada Post (6-14 days, no tracking)
• Others: ChitChats courier- local mail service for last-mile (5-10 days, with tracking)

※If you'd like the package to be shipped by Canada Post without tracking, please indicate in the notes section- about $1.50 will be refunded.
